BIOGRAPHY
Nouveaux, compromised by Neo Mosito and Thube Nkutha, is an eclectic alternative DJ duo based in Johannesburg. Their goal is to encourage listeners to explore their musical palate while having a good time! Their name, meaning “new” in French, speaks to how they deliver completely fresh and cutting edge sounds to their audience; surprising them with exciting takes on what already exists.
Since their inception, Nouveaux has played at events like House of Vans, Tshwanefontein, various brand launches, and more. They’ve also cultivated international rapport, drawing in audiences from the United States, Ghana and Britain, for example.
Nouveaux has cultivated a strong community of groovers at their own events. Soundset Sunday and Heartbeat Saturdays are just two of their well patronized functions.
