With this EP, IM4NI left everything in the booth. 

When the lockdown was announced, nobody expected a short pandemic response. That doesn't mean that we weren't collectively thrown off by what to do with our seemingly never-ending time. For IM4NI, channelling his time and thoughts into music has resulted in the creation of Self Isolated Poems & Sonnets, aka S.I.P.S his latest musical offering.

S.I.P.S sports six tracks of pure rhythm and poetry. Incorporating subject matters like persevering through uncertain times, South African social issues like femicide and classism, and mental health, this EP is a personal and honest account of the world IM4NI sees. The soundscape of this release leans towards a blend of jazz and R&B musical elements with irrevocable hip-hop feel and flow.
